What a nightmare, worse car buying experience I’ve ever had! Needless to say, I wouldn’t do business with Sid Dillon if it was the last place to get a vehicle

I visited this Sid Dillon for an oil change, I had never been to this location before so I wasn’t sure where to go when I walked in. I received no help in figuring out where I was supposed to go. I wandered into a service area that I wasn’t supposed to be in, and when I went in the workers just looked over at me and continued talking about what they did the night before. Once I FINALLY got service from someone I had disclosed I was in need of a ride to my house appx 1 mile away from the Sid Dillon building. That seemed to be the worst thing I could have asked their complimentary service provider. He complained about taking me home because he had to go to the DMV and waverly that day and I was taking up his time. About 7 hours later I called and asked when my car would be ready and they said it has been ready for a few hours but they were getting prices for parts. I told them I’m not interested in getting anything fixed today so I didn’t need those prices- I show up an hour later and get my keys back, get to my car, and they left the battery turned over. My key is dull so the ignition will stay turned over regardless of if they key is in it or not. It will ding relentlessly if the battery is left on so I’m shocked that mechanics and car specialists “didn’t notice” that they were running my battery in the parking lot for multiple hours. I then looked at the packet of things they said needed fixed. I took that packet to my uncle, who is a mechanic part time and does all of my fixes. They had a list of 12 things that were “not working”. 3 of those 12 were true, and several things weren’t mentioned at all. My radiator was days away from blowing up, they had put green antifreeze in but my car takes pink, and my engine mounts were shattered, so my engine was also about to fall out of the car. Being a woman and having a car is hard enough because people screw you left and right thinking you won’t know the difference, but the treatment I received alongside the fixes listed that weren’t necessary is appalling. I would NOT recommend going to this company for any of your car needs. I know several individuals who have bought cars from here and have had to take them back in for transmission issues, engine issues, electrical issues, the list goes on. Save yourself some time and go down the street to Honda.

Nate Jarvis was very helpful during and even after the purchase of my buick. Very happy with the car and the service. Review was written 30 days after buying the vehicle.

Every time I come here, they always do a great job on my car. I like the fact that they give you a detailed diagnosis before hand. I’ve lived in a few states and this one of the best Nissan dealership.

A salesman drove from the Wahoo location to Crete to show us vehicles, and then went to Lincoln with us. He was very friendly and great help, we really appreciate his advice and opinions. Great experience overall!

Find someone who isn’t shady. They’ll sell you a premium vehicle then hand you the keys to a base model.
They are currently selling a 4Runner SR5 as a limited model. Shown below. (Even after I informed them that it was not). They also sold it to me as a limited then gave me the keys to an SR5. I have copies of the paperwork and pictures to prove.
On top of that the car you buy WILL need work since they DO NOT do proper inspections here. Do yourself a favor and buy a car elsewhere. If you do buy a car here get it inspected by a third party. (Baxter 125 point inspections found 6 criticals on the same vehicle they told me was good to go). I have proof of this inspection as well. 6 criticals over $2500 of work. Don’t walk run to another dealership.

Since I can’t find my original complaint her i’ll reply like this. If the manager Matt actually cared he wouldn’t have laughed and hung up in me when I called to complain and voice my opinion.

03/11/2024- went to buy a vehicle- 6000 take off in the window- and guess what…they would not give that off on the vehicle. I left -posed below is a picture of the sign- the woul only give 4700- false advertising.
When I came in and bought my vehicle I was told that I could plate my vehicle and 7 to 10 days so that was on 21 February and is now March 8 and I went to the DMV to license my vehicle my title is not there yet none of it was explained to me I was told by the business manager 7 to 10 days it’s well after 10 days so when I call I get well I’m sorry but we needed your title to release the title and we didn’t get your title until Tuesday so you should get your title in the mail today. I am beyond pissed about it and will not shop sid Dillon again

I have leased 3 vehicles, and have loved every one of them. Vinny was my salesman twice. Greatest experience purchasing from Sid Dillon. It is so easy. Just pick out the car you want, and they will have it looking fantastic on your way home. Very prompt response from everyone. Taking your car in for service is a breeze. They shuttle you if you want.Extremely exceptional car buying experience, even after the sale. I would not purchase from anyone else. They have my trust. The other dealerships can't compare, that is why I come back. I just love the brand.

My wife and I wanted to look at the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. We stopped in and talked with Jessica. She was very professional, not pushy and very helpful. It did not feel like the typical dealership stereotype where you felt pressured to buy. She did not push or try to trick us into anything. We did leave to test drive a couple other things and after dealing with the Mitsubishi dealer in Lincoln where they were pushy and almost held our potential trade hostage, low balled our trade then proceeded to tell us what a POS they though our 2014 Chevy Camaro was (which is a very nice car). We would never go back to Mitsubishi but my wife and I both have said we would come back and see Jessica or any of the other staff again in the future. The finance guy was a little pushy but that is his job and we ultimately did decide to accept one of the extended warranties. We have one of the greatest warranties 100,000 miles/10 years along with Gap insurance and technical coverage. After driving the Outlander which was cramped and felt cheap we ended up leaving with 1 of the 3 2024 Santa Fe's and we couldn't be happier!

Best experience at this dealership! This was the 3rd dealer I had inquired about a vehicle online about. I received a call from Mo and his customer service was unmatched. He stuck to his word from the first conversation and he came through. Upon going to the dealership to see the vehicle in person we had the pleasure of working with Mo and Antonio. Those two are a dynamic duo who get the job done. We have since referred are family and friends to them. Thank you for making my car dreams come true! You both are amazing!

We have worked with Sid Dillon a couple of different times and each time we have had great luck. This last time we worked with Dylan and Ryan, both were great. We were able to get a deal done quick, mostly over the phone. The paperwork process was easy, we were out the door in no time.

Our Hyundai needed recall work that was cancelled twice with very little notice by the dealer we purchased the car from. The Service dept. took care of our Hyundai and we are very satisfied with the experience.
