Staff acted as if us shopping there was an inconvenience to her day. Our cashier had her back turned toward us when we approached the counter and after she turned around she did not greet, smile, or talk to us at all. She grabbed our shoes and walked away without saying a word. She only told us our total and not even a “have a nice” or “thank you”. Very disappointing.

Large selection, but it’s always messy. Very hard to find what you are looking for, as styles are very poorly organized amongst brands. One style of shoe can be in 3 places because there is little to no reorganization of the store. There are so many shoes laying in the aisles making it hard to navigate and looks trashy. Not every shoe is represented and it’s impossible to tell for sure what you want isn’t in stock. Very little mens clearance.

Shoe Dept Encore in Gateway mall is a big enough store to display men women and kids shoes. They have a limited variety of bags as well. But the display is not good and shoes are lying here there. There's a clearance section as well where there's nothing except a few pairs in odd sizes.

Absolutely no customer service skills by any of the employees here. No hello can I help you find anything. All I got was judgement looks from both employees that where working. Don’t waste your time or money here. Unless you want the free judgment looks.

There aren't usually many people working here, but it's pretty easy to find what you need on your own. I love the variety of shoes at affordable prices.

I was in your store today and it was completely disgusting. Shoes littered the aisles, trash on the floor, no footies to try on shoes which is a health concern. I tried to find a staff person buy appeared there was only one or 2 working and they were overwhelmed at checkout. Really sad.
