Terrible. I was being followed around by an employee, keep in mind I was one of the 2 people of color there. It was an awful experience, and the employee that was following me around was very catty and had a very ugly attitude. She was gossiping about another customer to the other employee, mind you the customer was black, in front of me. At her GROWN age, she should not be acting like a child. She was a white woman with golden blonde hair that was probably in her late 50s. Would not recommend coming here if you’re just trying to shop peacefully. Other employee was fine and helped me.

My girlfriend was being chased around by an employee the entire time she was there and was one of the few non-white customers. Not to mention several other employees could be overheard talking about "why should they help someone, it's the customer's opinion", when they were also suspiciously an African-American customer. Didn't have this problem with any other customer. If you are able to somehow excuse the seeming racism, the poor customer service should be another red flag.

They don't have a lot of brands you'd find in other sephoras the customer service is okay tho
