I love Senna nails. I won't go anywhere else. Helen is a fantastic nail tech, with lots of experience. I am very particular how my nails are done, and she does it right.

I started going to Senna Nails a while back... I was pretty happy with service etc. Well, the last two times I have been there I have made an appointment first as well. I have gotten there and have had to wait anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour and a half!!!! Even though I had a appointment! Not good! Helen, the owner is the only one in the shop that can do everything and she has a couple of other girls that can do pedicures and nails, but then Helen has to stop what she's doing and do the designs if anyone wants them. Really??? She's trying to do everything and she's losing customers doing it. Another friend of mine quit going there for the same reason. A week ago I went in for pedicure, they had just stated working on a mother and daughter when I got there. I waited for 40 mins before they got to me. Then, last night I went in after I had called to make an appointment (spoke to Helen herself). Today she is telling me I didn't even call to make an appointment... when I spoke to her DIRECTLY to make the appointment yesterday! Really Again!!!??? Went there and she took two walk in ladies before me and I'm the one that had the appointment! I waited an hour and a half, then walked out. I do not recommend this shop! One person (Helen) is trying to do it all!!! Not working!!

Excellent custom service! They get me in very quick every time. They also do an excellent job on my nails, and pedicures. They have great options included the newest organic dip nails that are hard, last a long time and look amazing! Recommend this spa to anyone!
