I was able to get a temperature controlled unit (had to make sure all those family photos stayed in good condition), before packing everything up to drive it all to NYC. Doug was always helpful with my questions and the load-in/load-out was easy. My advice: look up your entry code/PIN before arriving and maybe take a screenshot, that was super helpful when I couldn't remember the number off hand.”

“Best decision I ever made. I worked with Amy to get a spot for my RV and she was great. I need to stop in and talk with her again soon. It’s been there since April and I’ve had no issues. The covered awning protects my RV great.Update. Spoke to soon. Apparently leaving a good review triggers an increase in your monthly payment. Still like that it’s fenced in but $174 is a lot to park an RV. I’ll be looking for something cheaper this winter.”

“Very good value. I've rented here a couple times and had positive experiences. I definitely prefer the upstairs units as they are easier to get to, but there is a relatively large elevator to get stuff downstairs if needed. Very large items might have to be carried down the stairs though.”

Don’t think they do any veteran discounts.. and the penalties are truly a bit ridiculous… felt abused by the amount I owed them after falling on hard times and not being able to pay.. kept in good communication with them but was difficult to keep important coming my way from them… and it is craziest inconvenience in the world that the only person with authority to let you back in your unit is stretched between two towns an hour or less away from each other when they have 24hr entry…”

“I have been working with Mayflower several times in this last month for my business and they have been fantastic. My regular truck drivers haven't compared to them. They get everything done in a timely manor and always ask questions to make sure they are moving the right stuff properly. I have gotten to know a few of them lately and they always have been respectful with dealing with freight that has to be moved. I can't suggest them enough. This month was the first time I have ever dealt with them and I will always think of them as one of the best moving companies.”

“Nice delivery. Easy to get to and not too far from the US route and big road. Appointment was 9:30am, arrived at 9:15am. Dock workers were on break when I arrived but went to work as soon as they were done. Shipping/receiving is from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Not sure about weekends. Small entry/exit-way. Depending on where you’re coming from you may have to swing wide to get in. Pretty small place so long nose drivers may have a bit of a challenge maneuvering here but it can be done. Once you enter, swing around and back into a parking spot. Check in at the office with the shipping/receiving sign on the door. Go in and hang a right. They will tell you what to do from there. A guy came out to verify seal, broke it and told me what door to back into. Started unloading right away. Spent around 45 minutes to an hour and a half here. No public bathrooms may have to ask to use theirs. No lounge.”

The rate was a few dollars more than other facilities, but this one is new and very secure, and in a nice area of town. The lot is very large and easy to navigate with a trailer or camper. Very good facility.”

Although I did not run into any employee. I felt safe with the security cameras. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean as well!”
