Jenn was so helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and got me taken care of right away. LOVE that they have elevators and also dollies for people to use so they can roll their stuff right up to the unit instead of carrying it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!”

Probably the best storage option on the southwest side of Lincoln! 24/7 access with a gate code. Well lit. Plenty of room to maneuver your trucks and trailers. Even has outside storage for boats, trucks, construction equipment, etc.”

“Nice delivery. Easy to get to and not too far from the US route and big road. Appointment was 9:30am, arrived at 9:15am. Dock workers were on break when I arrived but went to work as soon as they were done. Shipping/receiving is from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Not sure about weekends. Small entry/exit-way. Depending on where you’re coming from you may have to swing wide to get in. Pretty small place so long nose drivers may have a bit of a challenge maneuvering here but it can be done. Once you enter, swing around and back into a parking spot. Check in at the office with the shipping/receiving sign on the door. Go in and hang a right. They will tell you what to do from there. A guy came out to verify seal, broke it and told me what door to back into. Started unloading right away. Spent around 45 minutes to an hour and a half here. No public bathrooms may have to ask to use theirs. No lounge.”

Big Red Storage is also easily accessible via email if you have questions or concerns (e.g. after large storms in Lincoln we wanted to check that everything was still safe and secure - and BRS responded right away affirmative)!”
