I am very pleased with this service, I was a little nervous at first cause the deal sounded to good to be true but it was true I'm glad I gave it a chance if you need a phone come check them out you be disappointed mention Rochelle when you go in, n the customer service is awesome especially Miss Ashley just wonderful ?????

Do not use for Amazon pick up. Store was closed for over 40 minutes when they still had over 2 hours until they were supposed to be closed. I had to call other stores to find a manager to come open the store so I could pick up my packages.

Arianna, at the store located at 3720 N 27th in Lincoln, NE was very helpful. She went out of her way to take the time to help get our service approved. She also took the time to answer questions we had in a lot of regards to our phone service. She has great customer service, and is very helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. A very good experience that I have not had at any cell service center prior. Would definitely return to this store.

I don't know whoever works on The Late Shift of April 22nd they closed at that time but they literally closed 15 minutes early with the sign saying that they will be back soon and with the open signs still lit their car running was parked right in front of the building I was there to pick up a package from Amazon knocked and knocked on the door nobody answered waited till 8:00 p.m. Central Time and started to pull away the gentleman so to speak walks out from the back pull the sign out the door turns off the light and walks away we made eye contact and seeing that I was pulling away did not offer to get my package talk to me or anything

Friendly staff, fast service, close to my place and not complicated to pick up your Amazon packages you just need the code from your email or from the order on the Amazon app and tell them you code and the person will give you your package in few seconds I will always go back there for that great service and for free!

Very nice man helping me. But Manager left with 5 people waiting for help. Not good MGT to leave 1 man to handle 5 people. So the one man who helped was nice and worked as fast as he could.
