Never felt such disrespect or horrible treatment before! Never realized banks don’t let inside potential customers. Drive thru only until you’re screened and pass inspection? Scrutiny, glares and such disrespect. Thank you for making it clear that you do not care for new business. If you give such a hard time for cashing a payroll check, I can only imagine how awful the rest of your services and treatment is - Makenzie, at the drive thru, a message for you- next time you wish to treat someone like this, at the very least you could apologize after insulting and demeaning someone. I’m sure it was because of skin color and race however you can claim different reasons and someone else less aware could believe you! I’m sure a suit or dress with dress shoes and not working clothes would have passed your approval metrics. Shame on you Security First Bank! Shame on you!

BEST BANK EVER. Small enough where you can get the best customer service in town. I will never bank anywhere else. When you call you get a person on the phone. Honesty and integrity as well.

As I had purchased a vehicle and set up financing out of state, upon returning back and deciding to refinance said vehicle, called Security First and met with the top notch person of the century for setting up and securing a better vehicle loan as well as setting up a new bank account. Entire staff is without hesitation- knowledgeable, professional, courteous, as well as helpful in answering those day to day questions often forgotten! Fabulous experience.
