I stopped by to get a new car battery after checking prices online. They *supposedly* will clean and change out your battery for free, but it isn't really feasible if you need it *now.* I was told the wait time would be about a week for an appointment to get it done, and a walk-in wasn't going to get done at all. I ended up doing it myself in the parking lot in <5 minutes.Their prices are comparable to anywhere else, so unless you're willing/able to wait a week to have someone else install it, you may as well get a slightly cheaper one somewhere else that doesnt charge an extra $10 for a free install and just DIY.The only brand available here is Duracell, which isn't a bad thing. Definitely better than the NeverReady stuff that Walmart sells. Comes with the standard 3 year warranty that all non-cheapo car batteries have.

My daughter took her car here to get a flat fixed. They told her it couldn't be fixed because it was to close to the side and was told she needed all new tires because they are wore out. Tires are about 50%. She went to TO Hoss and they fixed it with no problems.

Called to try and get my tire fixed as there was a nail in it. I waited on hold for about 10 min before being hung up on. Called again and spoke to someone in customer service who walked over there (thank you!) to let them know. The tire guy gets on the phone, I tell him my situation & he tells me yes they fix tires like this for free so long as it’s possible. Great! I ask when I can set up an appointment and he says he has no idea, due to the fact his iPad is currently in use— but I can call back in 20 minutes to *HOPEFULLY* get on the schedule. Hard pass.

I was in there last week and the Huggies 5 were $41.98. I went in today because they said they are $3.00 off. But, they raised the price to $44.98 and with $3.00 off brought it down the original price of $41.98. So no one is saving $3.00. What a scam!! What other prices did they change to let the customers think they are getting a sale? This is bull!!!!

I love going to Sam's and using their app. They've got great selections for groceries and the staff is usually pleasant. I ordered groceries via pickup last week and was waiting in the stall for my order. The girl who brought my stuff asked for my ID, which I didn't have because I wasn't far from home and with touchless payments everywhere I've just been bringing my phone. Also, I wasn't aware I needed it to pickup my groceries. I said I didn't have it and she rolled her eyes at me. Lol, okay... professional. I pulled up my membership card with my name on it in the app and she huffs at me and says that doesn't tell her anything. I offered to drive home so she could check my ID and she said whatever and put my groceries in my backseat. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but employees who act like that aren't helpful to a business and their customers, especially in a stressful time like this. She could've explained to me politely that she needed to see my ID but instead she chose to be rude. I'll definitely be back, but I won't be doing pickup for a while.
