I cannot imagine a world without redwing boots. Absolutely amazing customer service every time i come in. Today after 2 years my BOA laces decided it was the last time they would tighten my boots. Went in 10 minutes later i was walking out with brand new laces. I will always buy my boots from these kind folks at redwing. Thank you again for your amazing service. My visit was on 10/07/25 around 5:30PM and you would’ve thought I was the first customer of the day with the service!! Keep it up redwing

The latest boots I purchased were not working out for me. They were causing knee pain. I explained my issue, and how I ascertained it was the boots. Team Red Wing stood up for me and helped me get into a better fit. Two days later the knee pain is almost gone. Could not ask for better customer service.
