A friend and I visited this place of business yesterday. I can't express the feelings I had upon being told to get out of this place of business! We have decided that he just doesn't want to sell anything in the shop. I think everyone likes looking before purchasing an item. This store clerk didn't like us looking at the bikes. I wouldn't even go to the trouble of taking time to express my experience but, you have made such a negative impression on me. I will pray for you to control your anger. I guess everyone has good days and bad but we must work on not taking our bad days out on the innocent.

The one star reviews are wrong. I’ve been in here twice once to look around and today when I went in and bought some whitewall tires and tubes. Customer service was great. Prices were reasonable. And he helped me out with the mixup between sizes. (I had no idea Schwinn has weird sizes) He even said feel free to come back if those don’t fit, Now my bike looks amazing with the new tires! I looked at most of the 1 star reviews and it seems like a lot of the people that are writing them felt entitled to something and when they didn’t get their way they gave poor reviews so that’s why I came down to see if they were right and they were very wrong. Awesome place and I’m definitely coming back! Also props to the owner for being real in the responses to the bad reviews shows your business will hold its own instead of the “I’m sorry you had a bad experience” that most places will respond with.

Just got off the airplane from Florida with my bike and had a broken derailer, Right before 75 mile bike race. They put on a temporary rear Derailer and fix my front brakes and saved my entire weekend!!! Thanks again!

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I called them up because I needed to buy a specialty part for my bike. When the man figured out I didn't want him to service my bike but only buy parts, he told me not to waste his time and go look on the internet. The same thing happened a few years ago, he hasn't changed.

Great bike shop. Brought my bike in to get the brake cables replaced. Friendly customer service, solid work, fair price. Will be my bike shop from now on.

I brought my brother who was visiting from out of town because I know they have some cool older used bikes. I asked prices on a couple bikes and was told to make an offer. Then I was told that he had a busy day and if we didn't have a bike we wanted him to fix that we were wasting his time and asked us to leave the store. I was in there maybe 5 mins. I called back to ask if we offended him in any way and he said he didn't have time for us. Very disappointing experience. Will never return and frankly they don't seem to care.

I usually don't post, but if I saw these other reviews I would not of stopped in Re-Cycle. I don't know what happen 3 years ago that prompt the bad customer service but I didn't have those problems. My bicycle was hit by a car and the wheel and frame were bent and for a reasonable price he fixed it with in a week. I tried him again for a flat on my wife's bike and it was fixed it right away which made my wife happy. It a nice little bike shop and the bike accessories (not a wide variety) were not over price. Re-Cycle also has a friendly shop dog made my reviews from 4 to a 5 star. Nice little neighborhood bike shop that I would recommend.

I haven't bought a complete bike yet but Tyler has been "Johnny on the Spot" to replace my broken front tire. Recently helped me fit and install a new bike seat. Very accommodating, very reasonably priced and a reliable guy to work with. My next bike purchase will be from Tyler and Re-Cycled Bike.

Tyler was very helpful! I was looking for a specific bike and after some failed and difficult experiences at another place in town, I messaged him to see if he by any chance had it. He had one and asked when I’d like to see it and he’d have it put together for me. He had it ready a day later and he helped give me advice on what height to put the seat after I admitted this was my first bike in awhile and I wasn’t quite sure how to fit it properly. He helped carry it outside and let me have space as I tried it out (which as someone who wasn’t sure if I could even ride a back anymore was super relieving to me instead of a pushy salesperson experience). After I decided it’s what I wanted he offered up suggestions for any additions to it. I got a kickstand but I’m sure I’ll be back after a few rides and once I figure out what else might be handy.I see some harsh reviews but I wanted to make sure to give my experience as a young woman who didn’t know much about bikes! It was a super comfortable experience to me. He’s doing some really cool builds in there - I know as I learn more about bicycles and what I like I’ll end up back at Recycled Bicycles!

I also disagree with all the 1 star reviews. Tyler was very friendly and professional! He got my bike back into working order for a very fair price. I'll definitely be returning should I need anymore repairs or if I decide to get a new bike.
