Impossible to talk to anybody directly. There's some things you cannot work out with a computer generated response. When you call the place there's no prompt and to speak to a live person from out of town and I had vehicle issues. It was going to be late for my appointment. Could not get a hold of them

I hate providing bad reviews. However I’ve used this location twice in the last 2 years. The staff aren’t proficient with blood draws. Both times I’ve had multiple pokes and blown veins. June 14, 2024 I was talking to the phlebotomist as I walked through to the office and she hollered at me 3 times to get into the last door on the right. It was a bumpy ride, painful and a blown vein. This picture is three days old. It is still painful if touched.

The nurse was very professional band polite and gave clear directions; best nurse I have ever run this kind of test bin 25 years of traking them. I wish every nurse was as fantastic and helpful as she was.

If I could give this place a no star review. No attention to customers in lobby. All appointments lost and no desire to figure out what was going on.Please put a window so you can see people who are here for their appointments. And no one is getting served.I can’t wait for tech to fail so we all can get back to speaking to a person.

Sent us two bills for services, rejected by insurance due to misspelling errors on Quest's part. Spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance company, who was very helpful and went above and beyond. Quest, on the other hand, kept kicking us off the phone, not providing the option to speak with a representative, and had a very long wait time.

I had lab drawn by Quest and they missed drawing one of the the ordered tests. I called multiple times on different days to contact someone via phone with no luck. The phone system is automated and loops to different automations with no chance to talk to a real person. Terrible customer service and embarrassing on their part for having no representative to to help fix a mistake made by them.

I have been coming for over 2 yrs for blood draws. Staff has been great! Always! Waiting time has always been reasonable.

I wish I could give it less than one star, it's the most frustrating place to deal with. There is literally no way to access a real human being to get your results back, there isn't even a receptionist at the office it's just a kiosk.

I had a really good experience at this location -- check in at the Kiosk was quick and easy, I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was called back. Elizabeth, my phlebotomist for the visit, was great! Super friendly and efficient. In all, my trip took about 10-15 minutes.

I made an appointment for my daughter’s blood draw. We checked in at a kiosk and found she had a 33 minute wait. When I asked a staff member about the wait, even with an appointment made days earlier, the staff member held up a long string of stickers. She asked me to look at all the blood draws she had to do and forcefully closed an exam door on us. If you have a choice, go to Physicians Lab, they’re fast, professional, and kind.

I gaveTwo stars because the girl that Drew my blood was really nice. That's all. I cannot get an answer about upcoming appointment. I leave messages with specific questions and all I get is auto reply that I will be contacted "if necessary". They really don't deserve 2 stars. Horrible communication.
