“I had a hitch installed. Staff was quick, efficient & courteous. An issue arose in less than 24hrs after installation & the staff helped me to come to a solution in relative short order. Jaden and Breanna were patient with me even w/my frustration being evident. (No, I didn't yell at anyone?) The mgr, Breanna, helped me with figuring out the hitch adapter size needed for my bike rack and with the install as two pair of hands worked better. I very much appreciate their patience and help. The situation has been resolved much to my relief and due to their professionalism.”

“I stopped by today for some gear oil. The young guy at the sales counter was super friendly and helpful. Got me set up with an account and explained that they do free delivery on delivery routes. He went out of his way to make a normal interaction an extraordinary one. Thanks!”
