I purchased the lifetime warranty Sigma Pro tint package June 19, 2018 from Pro-Tint. Today, I visited ProTint to see if some spots that surfaced on the tint would be covered under this warranty. The employee (who I assume was the owner) inspected and immediately told me it was from my seatbelt hitting the window and this was not covered under their warranty. I questioned this because I know my seatbelt has never hit my window. I was immediately met with resistance from the employee and he countered with that it could be my wife's wedding ring. Keep in mind, he assumed I was married and my wife drives my pickup, which she never has. After telling me he could fix it for $60, he immediately went inside. I sat there in shock and legit tried to hit the window with my seatbelt. I failed to come to a conclusion as to how this could have been the answer. Soon after, he comes back out to show me "Google results" on his phone which I honestly could care less about. I told him that my seatbelt has never hit the window and I couldn't remember the last time I had essentially been called a liar at a business. He walked back inside despite my effort to continue the conversation. I need my tint replaced but have no interest in ever giving Pro-tint anymore of my time. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner was extremely rude. I had my sons first car tinted there. We’ve been back multiple times to get bubbles repaired and the owner just flat out said I’m not repairing those. We paid extra for a life time warranty. They have no quality control!! Save time and headache, just go somewhere else!! Anywhere else!

Very fast while you wait service. I really like that they let me choose options while installing. I have had other vehicles done there with no problems

I called on a Thursday and they got me in first thing the next day the tint looks great and great customer service I sat and waited for my tint and it only took them 40 minutes to get done

Not a good experience at all. Apparently they don't want or need my business. I made a very specific appointment to have windows stripped and retinted and the plan was to drop off the car on Saturday and they would do the work on Monday. My stipulation was that they would put my car inside over the weekend and they agreed. When we arrived in our two cars (so I'd have a ride home) driving in from Waverly, we found the shop closed and a message on the door stating they were closed due to a lack of internet service (so what?). It would have been nice if they had called me Saturday morning to let me know they were going to be closed. I left a message and never heard back from them. I reached out to them via email the following Monday and no response. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Given many of the other reviews I've read here about shoddy work it is perhaps just as well I didn't have them work on my car.

Professional, fast, and fair market priced. Some other shops offered cheaper prices but wanted to keep my car overnight. Pro-Tint was done in 4 hours. You won't be disappointed!
