I wish I caught his name but a man with a hat on, tan pants, and I think a green shirt (possibly with black hair if I remember correctly) went above and beyond to help me and was able to resolve the issue! “Maybe an unpopular opinion but I really love USPS and especially this location for many reasons. The customer service is always good, the stamp designs and options are always plentiful, and shipping materials and envelopes are always available. I have mailed packages halfway across the world many times and USPS has never disappointed. ?”

“I am increasing my review a couple stars and will re-assess later. The staff there has gotten much friendlier and honestly, they are slammed and underfunded thanks to our current administration. I haven't had a single package lost since my previous negative review. This is back to being my go-to location to drop off mail. Just PLEASE make sure you have stuff already packaged, and ready to go with postage on it. This is not a full service location but rather a location to drop off already ready mail.”

“Made an appointment to get a passport for the first time. Wayne helped me with the paperwork and even got a decent picture! He made the process fast and easy. I submitted an edit to Google because it says this location is closed for some reason but they are open.”
