I’ve never had a bank account that their Zelle took 3 business days! Every time I Zelle someone from this stupid pinnacle bank it says takes 3 business days! I’m canceling this so annoying

Helpful staff. Second entrance is locked but they open quickly when I stand in front of the door.

I've banked with Pinnacle for almost a decade now, and while it's not always the best experience with things like automatic overdraft withdrawals that charge you insane fees, for the most part it's a very reliable bank with good customer service and fast processing times for deposits.

Want to thank Kassidy for being a joy to work with, personable and kind. There is also a younger gentleman there I worked with before but can’t recall his name, he has brown curly kinda long hair and kinda tall, was professional and had good communication skills. Thank you for hiring them.

Usually the customer service is spot on! Seems like every time I go to this specific location ALL of the ladies working are not friendly and don’t seem to have a sense of urgency! I’ve gotten a few eye roll when requesting to change something and overall rudest people I’ve had to deal with. Gave them benefit of the doubt the first time I was there thinking it was just a bad day but it’s like this every time!

I love pinnacle bank and have been a customer with them for several years, and will continue to be. As of December, 2018, I will no longer patron this branch location under its current management. I'm very thankful that other branch managers corrected actions done by this one. I patron about six branches regularly, and the stellar prerformance of the others directly contrast this branch. My ratimg is overall positive to reflect pinnacle bank in general, and not this specific branch.

Extremely impressed with their friendly efficient service. The tellers knew some customers by name, no long waiting times in the lobby on Saturdays and I was serviced with a smile. Not a member of this bank but I will be soon!
