This location deserves a lot more positivity than they receive by all these emotionally charged people using this as an avenue to vent. I probably come by this location one or two times per month, and the team is always really great. People remember my name, they know details about things going on in my life and ask about updates, and are just generally really pleasant to deal with when I stop by. I'm sure you'll find it is a great location as long as you aren't actively trying to find something to be mad about.

Bad experience and feel discriminated every time I go to this branch. It's not my usual branch, but I have gone here 6-7 times in the last year to make deposits. Same time every time. I go in right before work, and it's always the same old lady that helps me at the drive-thru. She is awful. I send my cash and driver's license over every time, and she insists that I give her the last four digits of my SSN every time. Not the worst thing in the world, but she takes forever to make my deposit.
This last visit was my breaking point. She claimed that I wasn't in the system even though she's helped me multiple times in the past. She then asks me for my full SSN. I was caught off guard and gave it to her, but settled to give her my bank account # instead to speed things up. I never get this sort of treatment at any other branch I've been to in town! This happens every single visit - what an awful employee!

Misleading!! I applied for a loan online, my first mistake. Always do it in person, even if you think you know everything. Wanted a 36 month loan, they only "offered" 12 or 24 months online. I thought 24 months, ok, doable. Get a phone call that afternoon after submitting and receiving notifications my credit report has taken a hit. They only do 12 month and I'm declined because "I can't afford it." DUH! I took an unnecessary ding on my credit report that stays for 2 years!

Horrible customer service. Employees turn your card OFF when THEY get upset. Sorry Margarita you can't say a card is lost or stolen because a customer says you're unprofessional. Pinnacle customer service has said this location has gone downhill. Union bank and trust is much better and they treat their customers well.

The quality of employees has gone down hill. The worst customer service. They are poorly trained and just yell and talk over you. Go to any other bank if you value your time and money.

Be careful doing your home mortgages here. They are backed up, then tell you a rate and back out of it, and take forever with excuses, vs be honest. I passed up other deals to go with Pinnacle, and Pinnacle fell short, and excuses for something that was very easy other places. A simple lower rate home mortgage refi with no cash out.

I am very disappointed with Pinnacle Bank. They are on permanent lock down. I am a customer and I am treated like a criminal every time I go there. I need a bank that is open for my business and one that will treat me with respect. This bank does neither.

The staff here are very polite and helpful. I came here after being treated poorly at the Haymarket branch, and was treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. They quickly resolved my issue. I will gladly continue banking here in the future!
