Pinnacle Bank has THE WORST mobile app in the world. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone with their rep, during which time I was being told I was typing in my password wrong (was able to login on my laptop just fine), I was instructed to uninstall the app, power off my phone, reinstall the app, and then she would call me back. We did this, had to reset the password, and it finally let me into my business account. I then logged in on my laptop to update the password there, at which time the app booted me out and would again not let me in. So, we go through the uninstall/power down/reinstall process. I had to set up my app from scratch, re-enabling my fingerprint login and security questions. TWICE. Then, when I finally get into the account through the app, I was unable to take screenshots of the front and back of a check that I need to submit a report. Even though Doris told me that I should be able to take screenshots of the check, the error message was, "This app does not allow screenshots." So I was then told that the branch can make copies for me, which means I have to get in my car to go stand in another queue to get something I should be able to do mobile in the first place. Next time I see Sid Dinsdale at a GOP event, I'm giving him an earful.

Called the wrong branch on accident. Ruby encouraged me to ask her my questions anyway. She was amazingly positive, helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed like she was happy to help me. Don’t come across employees like that very often. Thanks Ruby!

I had to give it a one star because it had nothing lower than that for an offering. If you are looking for a horrible bank with horrible personnel and a bank that only cares about having their name on an arena, this is the bank for you.I mean really, when I come in to set up an account and I attach a pin number to that account. Please make sure that that pin number is credited to the card that you give me.

Awesome branch for pinnacle bank out in Havelock. I have had a chance to interact with Ruby, Heather, and John on several occasions and every time I am very impressed with the service they provide. Will continue to come to this branch for as long as I live in Lincoln!!

Everything you could need and more. The branch manager made time to meet with me and work through IRA issues that helped me retire with confidence. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

They have horrible customer service and training. Clueless to policies but expect you to follow them. Heather seems a little lost. You can't TURN OFF a customers ATM card just because your feeling are hurt. The pinnacle customer service says they really need new management in the branches. Stay away if you like being treated with respect. Union bank is awesome and great customer service.

Their response was to pass along to management at Pinnacle Bank. Who cares? To top it off it was too late to change my retirement check direct deposit with SSA but Pinnacle could have redirected it to my new bank and they refused to do so. SSA said the bank could do this. Pinnacle chose not to. I am finding out their true character. Stay away from them.

Rude staff directed me to remove my PRESCRIPTION eyeware while in the bank because it auto darkens, leaving me to complete my banking experience pretty much blind....
