The professional employee at this Financial Institution stated there is a form they fill out to remove a co-signer from your account. While searching for the form a very rude unprofessional emplyee stated to just close the account and open a new one because it is easier. Obviously you don't want to provide good customer service. Thank you Down Town Pinnacle Bank for taking minutes to locate the form so my son could resume his personal finances without interuption.

I've been a longtime Pinnacle customer with relatively no complaints, but I'm shocked with the horrible service I received at this location. I went in to remove my mother as a cosigner from my account which I was assured could be done, only for the employee working to tell me they wouldn't do it for me and that if I want her off I'd have to close my account and open up a new account which would be a major inconvenience. When asked if this was bank policy I was told "That's how I do things here." and that I was welcome to go to a different location. The downtown branch had no problem completing my request and couldn't understand why I wasn't helped. I will not be returning to this branch in the future and I recommend you avoid it too.

So I lost my debit card and had to go in today to print a new one! The person who had the ability was on a phone call so I was told to wait a little bit! After the teller noticed the call was taking longer than she thought, she started the process for me. THEN the branch manager while on the phone, was able to set up my new card. Jan and Cody, you guys are amazing. Thank you for making me feel important and getting me in and out of the bank! You guys rock and this is the reason I bank with Pinnacle

Ryane Needles has stepped up so many times in the last year to assist my personal as well as my business banking needs, I told her today that I wanted to know who to tell that she should be promoted immediately. I have banked here for 15 years. This AM found door locked with buzzer. Instead of letting me in, asked can I help you. I answered I need to do some banking. Still not getting buzzed in I was asked of I had an account. I said forget it and walked away. Posses me off.

The people here always seam angry to have to help customers. I'm just dropping of deposits for the company I work for. Glad I don't have my personal account here. Get way better treatment at Wells Fargo and US Bank
