Upon arriving to pick up the cargo van I had reserved four days earlier, I was told it wasn’t available because of a recent vandalism.I was asked if I’d been notified the day before, which I wasn’t. Now, wouldn’t you make it a point to inform the customer by maybe trying to call and actually getting ahold of them?I was then informed that I could go to another Uhaul rental facility to pick up a truck. After I had already driven to pick up from this location why would I ever want to go to another location to pick up nor would I want to inconvenience my ride by making them drive to a different location.I’d recommend calling before you attempt to pick up a rental truck from this location.Extremely poor customer service and I would not recommend.

Great experience renting a uhaul for my move and not near as expensive as I thought it would be. Friendly counter agent. And great experience.

Drove in from out of town after making a reservation online for a unit. With a printed copy in hand that says “reservation,” I am quired about the unit. They told me they only had larger units available and neglected to call me to inform me. They said the online form that I filled out was only for an inquiry and not a reservation. Avoid these liars.
