I’ve had my labs drawn at Physicians Lab multiple times in 2024 and every experience has been negative, compared to years past. On one occasion, they “forgot” to draw everything that the doctor ordered. On multiple occasions, the Lincoln lab doesn’t work correctly so they transfer labs to Omaha. I am there when Physicians Lab opens at 7:30am and results aren’t faxed to my doctor until 6:00pm. My doctor requested ASAP/same-day labs and their office is closed by 6:00pm, pushing my results off to the next business day, when my pregnancy depends on same-day labs. I am also not okay with the phlebotomists unsanitary, long, dirty fingernails without wearing gloves. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

The receptionist at the front desk was as offensive as the calendar staring at me right when I came in. It was a picture of a ? rear dressed for holiday cheer. Thank God the phlebotomy ladies were cheerful!

This practice deserves 0 stars.Billing is incompetent.Triple billing me over 3 years.You call, explain it, yet they cannot figure it out.Keep a paper trail.A court judge can follow it better than these retards.If you have the paperwork, you will win in court.Probably even get PhyLab to pay your legal and court fees due to their incompetence.Also, report them to the Attorney General.Need to get a paper trail of PhyLab practices and incompetence.

I have been here several times for lab orders from my doctors office. Staff are always friendly and they are quick to get you in and out.

I won't be going back. I did get in quickly, however, there were 3 phlebotomists in a small room tripping over eachother and grabbing things over eachother. 2 patients are drawn in the same room. I'm not sure how that's HIPPA compliant when patients are being asked to verify their info. The worst part though was the phlebotomist that spoke little English and dug at my vein in my forearm. I finally told him to stop and try somewhere else and he took the tube off and left the needle hanging in my arm. It wasn't until I reached for it that he took it out. Now my forearm has been cramping all evening.

This company has a terrible billing and accounting problem! I called them 4 times and asked them to send me a statement. It took them 9 months to send my first statement and it included a collection agency threat. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Not ever going back!

I have been going here once a month for the past 7-8 months. I usually see a specific phlebotomist when I go. He does great job everytime. Recently, I had someone new do it and she also did great! Very kind and compassionate.

Dr. Okeye sent us there and told us that no appointment is needed. The service is very efficient. For my parent's immigration health check-up, we had blood draw and urine test. $129 per person paid by credit. Reasonable price and fast service. Very easy to work with. Not sure why there are so many negative comments. We were very pleased with the work ethic. Friendly, fast service, walk-in service. If you don't mind paying by cash or credit card, this is a good place to get the lab work done in a timely manner. We brought the doctor's order with us. Didn't have to fax.

I had a very unfortunate experience with the facility forwarding my test to an out of network facility without my knowledge. I intend to avoid this company in the future due to this practice

PLEASE get your labs done ANYWHERE else if you need them in a timely manner. I have used PhysLab to blood draws half a dozen time in the past few months and needed same day results sent to my doctor. On nearly EVERY occasion, they have arrived AFTER hours or the NEXT DAY. For this most recent lab draw, the results were NEVER sent to my doctor. When I called to ask if the results had been sent, the woman on the phone wasted my time and finally said there was NO ORDER in the system. I SAW the order with my doctor's fax number placed in the basket on the front desk, but somehow they LOST it and never sent it. I had to have the results RE-SENT a day late and stress about whether my doctor would get them in time.

I love Physicians Laboratory. They have your results fast and the best part is that they have competent phlebotomists that will be proficient at taking your bloodpainlessly. Joy was great with my baby's labwork. Thank you!
