I recently had the pleasure of working with Stacy for my daughter's wedding, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Stacy's creativity and ability to enhance ideas were truly impressive; she took our initial concepts and transformed them into something even more breathtaking. Her professionalism, combined with a delightful and fun demeanor, made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who can deliver exceptional floral arrangements while bringing a touch of joy to the process, Stacy is the perfect choice.

Stacy is wonderful to work with! I sent her a picture of some ideas for a prom boutonniere and corsage for my son and his girlfriend and Stacy knocked it out of the park! She listened to my ideas and even added personalized details that really elevated the flowers! Love working with a local vendor that provides an amazing service! I highly recommend Stacy and Petal Creations for all of your floral needs!

I went in yesterday to get a very special and unique arrangement for a funeral. The owner was so kind and she came up with a beautiful arrangement for me at a very affordable price. I felt like I was in a place where my money mattered and not just like I was a dollar sign. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a beautiful flower shop for loved ones. The owner bent over backwards to come up with ideas for me and she stayed late to help me even. I'd like to say thank you because this was a very sad and difficult situation and she was very empathetic and sweet, and made an absolutely beautiful arrangement. Exceeded expectations by far. I will always be coming back for any floral needs. Thank you so very much!!

If we could give zero stars about this floral business, we would. We originally chose Stacy at Petal Creations to do our wedding flowers based on the reviews & after a consult. She seemed to be knowledgeable and the work she did show, looked really good, in addition to getting back with you in a timely manner (at first… make sure you see the words at first, if you’re contemplating using her for your wedding). We gave her our $500, non-refundable retainer and also, DID NOT sign a contract (you should also re-read that if you’re planning on going with Petal Creations for a wedding. It should have been a big red flag, for us!). As time went on, another meeting, she seemed to have her own ideas, shooting down the brides, even after showing Stacy inspro pics. What could have been 45 min to an hour meetings, sometimes were closer to 1.5 hr, or longer,
because she liked to talk about things that were not related to wedding flowers. Meeting with her 6.5 weeks before the wedding (fiancé met for the first tim) & the majority of the conversation was not wedding flower related. Had to do with telling us about the movie she went to, tags for her car keys, dog getting out thanks to her lawn guy, etc… things we didn’t need to know & in turn, were “billable hours.” No contract, so therefore, we didn’t know these things.
She wanted inspro pics emailed to her & they were sent June 8 (5.5 weeks before the wedding). She was told via text they were on the way & she replied sounds great. She never acknowledged anything, anymore. After 5 days, we had to call her (we kind of wanted to know what we were going to owe & if we needed to cut things). She called the next night and we were in another wedding meeting. She finally got back to us 8 days after the email was sent… (more or less feeling like we were being ghosted, nonetheless, by a business owner, working for us, on our special day), just to go over the email. No prices. We continued to have to wait another week, texting her exactly one week later, asking for the itemized cost. She said she still was waiting to see if she could get a greenery. Kind of funny that the new florist we went with knew in one day! Stacy just likes to drag things out and maybe say this is part of her “billable hours,” so to speak?
The next day, she received a text from us, letting her know due to the stress and lack of her communication, we would not be needing her services. That was 2wks ago on 6/24. Basically, 3wks from our wedding, but we’ve found a professional florist, who communicates and calls regularly, not to mention, does an amazing job & doesn’t have these so called “billable hours” that you are being charged to chat with about nonsense. We also might receive in store credit for those billable hours and for the last two weeks, have been watching the mail for her accounting statement, but have yet to receive it from Petal Creations.
Just steer clear of the no contract from wedding vendors!
* Edit 7/12/2022 - still waiting for Stacy to send an accounting explanation for so called billable hours she had said she was going to send in her text on 6/24.

Petal Creations made a beautiful Christmas arrangement and then sent me a photo of what was going to be delivered. I am out of state so it was nice to see what was being sent! I am very happy with their service and they were easy to work with over the phone.

A friend gave me Stacy's name at Petal Creations to design a bouquet for my niece's bridal shower. I gave her a picture of the paper plates we were using and she took it from there and created the most gorgeous arrangement. Very unique and contemporary. It set the stage for our food table. Everybody raved about them! Here's a pic. I was very pleased!

Stacy is a very kind human! She showed SO much grace to my father when he struggled to order flowers for a friend. She actually delivered the flowers without being paid when his credit card info was messed up! I will definitely use her for my next floral order.
