The evening guy Donnie boy either doesn't like to go out of his way to help you find A THING because he's lazy or he hates women or he is in the wrong retail. (Bath&Body is ☝️way) rude, disrespectful and 0 care. I researched the problem and had an answer within 3min went to AutoZone and bought the part.

Got a flat tire and couldn't get the tire off the car. Two staff members came out and even on the ground to use a mallet to get the tire loose. Thanks so much for your help!! Five Star Service, hands down
