I've been at OTF Preserve for five months now and love my workouts. The coaches are constantly pushing you and encouraging you to do your best. The convenient location and diverse class times and lengths only make it that much better! Highly recommend.

I was afraid to try it due to needing modified exercises for an injury but the instructors ask at the beginning of class and on the strength section if anyone needs alternatives. You can take everything at your own pace and yet still be challenged. I love the variety of workouts and the upbeat music!

OTF is the best workout! It’s a balance of cardio and strength, and the workouts themselves change every day. You never get bored. The coaches and staff at OTF-Preserve are amazing. They motivate you and push you to improve. Highly recommend!
