We went when there was a sale with my whole family. I had to use the restroom, so I went to the back of the store, two employees were blocking my way when I said "Excuse me" they just glared at me and slowly moved away. The bathroom smelled awful, had no toilet paper, and the employee in there didn't wash her hands! Also when trying on jeans with my family member aged 8 in the same earshot, the employees were trying to sign up for online dating and were cursing a lot, which is not acceptable for a workplace with small children. Would not recommend.

At Christmas we ordered some items for grand kids, never received. Contacted Old Navy we were assured that it can be reordered in time for Christmas. Still didn’t come but we certainly got charged for the items. Ordered a pair of lounge pants. Received the order this time but the shipping bag was sliced open and the waist band was cut in several places.

Id rate this place a 5 for their retail items. But they get a 2 for customer service. When we went to the cash register the girl "Emelee" was super nice to my husband. When myself and my 4 kids walked up she got a disgusted look on her face and very rudely looked my kids up and down.. Such a weird thing to do. She kept trying repeating herself trying to get us to get an old navy card. But we kept saying No BUT she wouldnt stop. That was rude and irritating. Think ill just order online next time.

What happened to Old Navy? What was once a store with nice clothes at a fair price is now very poor quality clothes. This was my.go to place for the majority of my family's clothes; and sadly I don't bother shopping here anymore. I hope the best for this store.

The store is clean and has a good setup. It was my first time at this old navy since I hadn't been to an old navy in years. Clothes are very typical. I guess it's a good place to get really plain, basic looking, default Sims-lookin clothes if that's your thing.
