Scheduled a U-Haul to pick up at 9am on a Saturday from Office Installation Specialists. Got there at 9am and no one was there and no one answered the phone. There were no instructions in the online order or in the confirmation email about how to get the keys so we cancelled the order and picked up a U-Haul from another place instead. Wasted an hour of our time. Will not go back.
