I went here to print a 20 x 30 poster for speech. It took us almost an hour just to get the files sent. Then they downloaded a file twice, deleting the email afterwards. There were 5 posters. When we went to pick up the posters they were printed 24 x 38 inches. We had asked for 22 x 32 so we'd have about an inch of trim on each side. Again, there were 5 posters and they deleted the email. Said email was sent with the subject as the dimensions. We are still waiting for the third try, after 4 days of waiting.

Aaron and Cher were so helpful in making us funeral programs for my brother. They were so kind and even stayed past store hours and made our experience wonderful, despite the sad circumstances of needing their services. We can't thank you both enough!

looking for good office chair. Not in stock, but Issaic gave us some options such as available in other store, or online and direct ship to home. He ordered on line for us, and it was shipped within a few days. Great quality. Will recomend Office Depot to all.
