“I called in this morning to get a bouquet delivered to an East Campus dorm on Valentine's Day. I live 3 1/2 hours away from Lincoln so just did a Google search for floral shops. There were great reviews so I chose this shop. Wren was absolutely amazing! She even knew exactly how floral deliveries worked at the dorms. She let me send a picture to them of what I had in mind so that I didn't have to try to describe what I was looking for. She made this so easy for me to take care of. I thought it was going to be a nightmare trying to order a "visioned bouquet" without being able to be in the shop. Great customer service and more than fair pricing!”

“There honestly is no point in going to a home improvement store for plants. I have done so, and have had to replace plants.For roses, there is no better store. The costs per plant is the same or less than home improvement stores, but the quality of the plants are not comparable.If you are fixing your house...go to a place the specializes in that. If you are buying plants, do the same.Yes you can get great plants elsewhere; however, you may be let down later by their longevity.”

I went to the paint department and the young man working behind the counter immediately asked me if I needed any help. He helped me pick some colors and recommended the best products for the job. Overall my experience at the Home Depot was great! Customer service was top-notch! Good work Home Depot”

“People complain about prices but ignore the huge banner and signs that say they will beat anyone else's price by 10%. People complain about customer service.. Yet, don't stop at the desk or ask the folks wearing aprons, or even other customers. I have routinely helped people find what they need and taken them to it. I don't work for Home Depot, but am there 3-4 times most weeks. The average worker that isn't working in the dept you are in probably won't know the answer to a question outside their area, but should be able to get you to someone that does.”

“This location is off of 26th and actually next to Menard's. The parking lot is good size as expected. The staff are helpful and willing to provide an assistance you might need. The rental section was well-staffed and the process of renting equipment was relatively easy. Overall, this was a good place to visit today at the Home Depot in Lincoln, NE.”

“Good service. Good selection on most stuff. Prices are high compared to other tool rental places. Sometimes little things are missing that other rental companies include in the price. For example, today I rented a tool and when I went to use it I discovered there was no gas in the tank. It is small, but still annoying.”
