My kiddo was a pandemic baby, so she had limited intentions with kids her age before she started at Kindercare. The growth she has shown since she started is incredible - both emotionally and educationally. She has made so many amazing connections with all her teachers and i am so glad that Kindercare has helped her flourish. ❤️

Find a different daycare. Nothing is stable. Directors and staff are constantly changing. Hire anyone and everyone.

The teachers are wonderful and welcoming, I never have to worry about how my kids are being treated, and both of my kids have learned so much!! They are always excited to go to daycare!

They have some pretty amazing teacher and staff there. I love how I can see photos of my child during the day and stay up to date with what’s going on.

Only giving two stars cause I love some of the teachers who are still there,Overall review of the daycare I have to give it 0 stars.. this daycare needs a lot of work and structure done to it before I would ever reconsider enrolling my child back at this center.Between my daughter constantly coming home dirty and full diapers, to her constantly getting bite by the same child for over a month and nothing being done, to the uneducated teachers they just allow to walk threw the day and "teach" the children.. it's just a mess.. god bless them.!!! Glad I got a better caring daycare for my girls and no longer have to stress over my child.!

For the last week I've been walking by Kindercare while I take my kids into the YMCA for swim lessons. Over the past week, I've been APPALLED as I've listened to the caretakers yell at these kids in the most rude and incompassionate way. These are very young children outside playing and it just angers me the way they yell at 3 and 4 year olds. Today, I watched from the parking lot as 3 teachers sat talking to each other and never noticed the kids in the corner hitting and kicking each other. They were clearly picking on one child in particular. I would NEVER even consider sending my kids here. I can only imagine how they treat them in doors when outsiders aren't watching. Stay away.

Such and amazing daycare!! I had helped my sister get her daughter into kindercare awhile back. I have a 2 year and oh my goodness does she just love it!! Jess is an amazing person very professional and always so happy. All the teachers a amazing as well I highly recommend this daycare

We’ve had our son going for 4 months now and we love it. The teachers/staff are always very nice when we drop him off and pick him up. I enjoy their app that I can have on my phone to periodically check on our child’s activities through the day. It’s been weird with covid but they have made it the best experience possible provided the current situation we love bringing him here.

Switched our son there and he absolutely loves it he went to a bad daycare before and cried everyday to go now he loves going and is so happy when I pick him up.the staff is so nice and loving to my son and I.

My kids 1st time at daycare and i pulled them out my kids started off seeming happy then they got a new teacher and my daughter started having horrible behaviors that are not at all normal for her and the way they directed her a 2 year old was highly inappropriate i have never in my daughters life herd or saw her so upset and worked up it broke my heart. They are very bad at making insident reports my daughter was sent home 3 times in the same week the new teacher started and i only got 1 report the final day when i chose to just pull them out. Had this been an on going issue i would take full responsibility for my daughters actions if this behaviour was shown at home id show empathy for the staff but none of that was the case and i feel as if my baby was being picked on or forcefully directed in a way to make her so upset both my children are very well redirected and i did not feel comfortable sending them back to that place. My signature was forged multiple times on the sign in sheet for start times as well which was very aggravating when you only have so many hours. They had many cases of hand foot and mouth as well as covid so the sanitary action is also questionable.

We absolutely love Kindercare! The staff is amazing and truly love all of the kids they care for. It’s such a good feeling bringing your child in every morning knowing they are in good hands!

I was SO nervous to bring my kids to a center, but they made it VERY welcoming for my kiddos! The bond they have with my kids is amazing! I would HIGHLY this location :)

We switched our daughter to Kindercare after we weren't satisfied with where she had been going. The staff at Northeast Kindercare have made us feel like family. She loves going to preschool, she loves all the activities and she love the new friends that she has made. She always has something to tell us at the end of the day. The family events that are held are wonderful for both the kids and the families. We can't thank everyone enough for helping us through our transition. Our little girl has grown so much in the few months we've been there.
