The doctor is very rude and will scream at you for anything u say.With a bad attitude he will tell u stuff u can’t understand.not recommend !We drove 3 hours to get this paper work.

The doctor there is very very rude. He refuses to answer any questions and comes off as sexist. I highly don’t recommend this place. My wife’s parents came from 6 hours away just for him to refuse to help us answer questions on a form because they don’t speak English. We were there to translate but he was super rude.
