Morrow collision center on N. 22nd St. should teach a class on customer service because they certainly have it down. It was such a great experience from beginning to end. I got in right away, Dain kept me informed and a week later I picked up my car. it looks brand new and is so clean!
It takes a team for the business to be successful. Everyone was so polite. They really pay attention to details. I will always recommend Morrow. That is how I found them because two of my friends Recommended them

As a father, there’s nothing more important to me than the safety and well-being of my young-adult daughter. So, when she got into an accident while away at school, I was concerned about the repair being done right and protecting her from a shop trying to take advantage of the situation. My worries couldn’t have been more unfounded. Morrow Collision provided exceptional service, especially Manager Dain Johnston, who couldn’t have been more professional, courteous and empathetic. Dain even helped me educate my daughter on the repair and insurance processes, and he got her car road worthy while we waited for parts and approvals. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. Great job, Morrow and Dain!

Horrible service never again!!!!!!
Not satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle. When I called to talk to Dani he denied any fault of the issues. I fell that since I am over 2000 miles away it was not important. The air condenser was replaced and a a/c line was replaced but yet the air was hot . The bumper was supposed to be new but had paint and dents and scratches. I no it was not done in transport because I got the photos. Yes he communicate and all but i didn’t like the work that was done!!!
State Farm recommended them but Never again!!!now they try to blame the private transportation that I use because I don’t live in Nebraska!!!!!
They use used parts and when I asked Dain said they were new!!!

We highly recommend Morrow Collision, they made our experience after a hit and run as positive as possible. Our vehicle had extensive damage to the rear and side panel. They got us in quickly, worked with our insurance, and kept us updated throughout the process. They were professional and did a fantastic job. The vehicle looks as if it had never been damaged. Josh was easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to make sure things were done to our satisfaction. We would definitely come back to Morrow if we need help in the future.
