We’ve taken our car to Midtown a couple of times. They provide great service and do a good job on the repairs. The car looks like new and is cleaner inside and out than when we brought it in.

I usually don’t complain about services unless it is very unprofessional and/or bad. This is why I am taking time to write a review about my experience with this bodyshop and in particular an employee named Bryce. Here is the story. I took my car to the shop for an estimate after an accident on Friday around 3 pm. Bryce checked it and took several pictures and stated that he would email me the estimate. He didn’t reach out to me until around 5:15 pm so I called to ask if he was going to email the estimate that same day before they close because I wanted to get the estimate so that the insurance can start working on either fixing my car or total it and getting me another car, as we only had one car for my work, my kids school
and appointments. I couldn’t get ahold of him when i called. I waited until Monday around noontime. When I called, Bryce answered and when i asked about the estimate I had been waiting for, he rudely stated that he would not do an estimate for my car because I had another estimate done at their shop about two years ago. We ended up selling that first one “as is” because it had a lot of damage on it and didn’t fix at their shop. Anyways that should have not affected the way he treated me as a customer. He should not have talked to me so disrespectfully. it would have made me at least not feel bad if he had explained better as of why he rejected to provide an estimate on my car. Additionally, if he knew he would not do an estimate, he should have called me on Friday so that I could have taken it somewhere else. I will definitely give Zero Star to this place. This may help other customers to avoid going there for any work on their cars. There are hundreds of other bodyshops in town that people can go to for much better customer services. In case you guys don’t know me. I am the owner of the 2014 Jeep Patriot (black color).

Midtown Body and Paint does a great job! I got a big dent and scrape on my front drivers side door and a scrape on the rear door! They made it look good as new! They also cleaned my car. Everyone there is kind and welcoming! Thanks Midtown!

I was in an accident, and I’m so happy I decided to go through MidTown to have them fix my vehicle. They were super easy to work with. They handled the insurance side of things, and all I had to do was wait for my vehicle. They were extremely busy, and it took roughly 4 weeks to get it back. The vehicle looked great when I got it. No complaints and definitely worth the wait. Would recommend to anyone

Dan Pape and his crew are excellent in their work and integrity. I can’t even find where the car body was damaged in the first place, and others have noticed the great work as well. In fact, I had an unrelated issue, and Dan went above and beyond expectations in fixing that as well. I can’t say enough about the great work at Midtown Body & Paint, except to say that Melissa in the office, adds a happy approach to everything she does, and even has a smile in her voice!
