I rarely write reviews, but this one compelled me to do so. On their website, I found a vehicle I liked. I reached out via email, and yes, they do have my correct email contact information. I successfully completed the process and obtained the car, despite a few minor issues that didn't significantly impact my experience.
Everything was fine until they completed the sale and received the money. After the sale, they won't answer calls or emails. I took the car home, but I had to travel for a month. Once I returned home, eager to enjoy my new car, I noticed that someone else's email address had been logged into the Mercedes-Me ID, potentially giving someone else access to my car. Meaning they programmed the Me ID with someone else's information before sending me home with the vehicle. I immediately reached out to the salesman who sold me the car, but he never responded. I then reached out to his manager, assuming the salesperson was on vacation or something ...crickets..nothing. They never reached out. Because of this dealership's negligence, I believe someone out there now has some of my personal information. They exhibit a high level of recklessness, particularly in this era of identity theft. I'd be very cautious when dealing with them, because all they want is your money. Any issues that arise after that are entirely your responsibility.

I took my 2017 Chevy Cruz car into the Chevy body shop to show them the topcoat was peeling off my hood. They told me it was due to rock dings. I just took my car into Meyers body shop, and they said the topcoat peeling was due to bad factory topcoat. That is NOT covered on my insurance. I reached out to Husker body shop, and they didn't have the professionalism to return my call from the message I left. Thanks Husker Auto. I have bought 3 cars from you in the past and I will never buy from you again. I feel you do not stand behind the workmanship of the new cars you sell.

Worst service workers. They treat you like you are in the wrong just for coming up here. Sitting in waiting area talking to another customer and she is being treated the same way. I don't not recommend this place at all.
