“I went to Sephora at Kohl’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago to buy a new brow pencil and foundation for a wedding that was coming up. I was so pleased at the willingness of CLAIRE, to help me find the right shade of foundation for my skin type and an eyebrow shade that would come close to matching my hair color. When I was indecisive, she provided me with samples of foundation to take home and try. While paying, she suggested I sign up to receive promotional emails to use on my next visit. “It’s a pretty alright Hot Topic. It did not seem like there was a whole lot going on in this location however. I enjoy going to Hot Topic to be nearly overwhelmed with the amount of stuff in the store. But this location did not grab my attention as well as most others do. “I had a pair of shoes purchased about four weeks ago and it was defective. Lost my receipt, therefore one of the employees just following store policy and procedures in referring my case to the manager. Steve (manager) was very accommodating and understanding and rectified my problem. I recommend you keep your receipt and the box the item came with, if it’s shoes, it’d save a lot of problems. Highly recommend this store for reasonable and affordable selection of today’s fashionable apparel.”

“I always like to visit Sephora stores. The store offers a wide range of great skincare, hair, perfume and makeup products, and I can find anything I need for an attractive and radiant look. Sephora has excellent customer service, where I can get skincare and makeup tips and guidelines, as well as get free samples of new products. In addition, I can enjoy the unique and comfortable experience in the store, which makes me want to come back again and again. In general, I recommend visiting Sephora to anyone who wants to take care of their appearance and health.”

“As part of a wedding party I was picking up a tuxedo that me being a bigger guy often gets mismeasured.
I came to pick up my tuxedo and was willing to accept a less than desirable fit but the best associate I've come into contact at a formal Wear store approached me even when he wasn't the one directly helping me and came to my rescue. Drew was absolutely fantastic and I would really love for this review to get back to the store so they are aware what a spectacular associate they have working at this location.
He went above and beyond to assist me getting a better fit offered multiple solutions and had all the time in the world to sit and help me. I would absolutely drive several hours out of my way just to come to this specific men's wearhouse knowing that Drew is here to help out customers Like me.
