I got my nails done and cuticles trimmed at majesty on 5/28 before I went on vacation. On 5/29 my finger started swelling. On 5/30 my finger had tripled in size and started swelling with a lot of pain. I had to go to urgent care over my vacation to find out my finger was infected, they diagnosed it as Erysipelas. They prescribed me an antibiotic and to soak in epsom salt. On 6/2 I had a large amount of puss and fluid flowing out of my finger. It is now 6/4 (one week from getting my nails done) and my finger is still infected and I’ve had three nails come off. I called to let the nail salon know and they said okay I’ll let the nail tech know, not even an apology or willing to make things right. It’s very upsetting and sad because I’ve gone there for years. I will not be returning, I can no longer trust them to do my nails.

We were walk ins who were accommodated today. They were very decent about it. We.did have to wait a little but we were serviced. Pro tip: they have a website that has those automated reservations. That no longer works. We were sitting and waiting when three ladies walked in and they had made their reservations with that. Well, that no longer works and they haven't been working for two years. So please don't make your reservations with that. That said, they have a lot of parking lots available outside the nail spa. They have a variety of nail colours, and the styles available. They have two rows set up with massage chairs for pedicures and one side for manicures. They were super gentle. And I had wonderful colours and patterns for my nails done. I love them!!!

They have such bad service, and the lie about what they can do n what they can’t do. The lady who did my toe did a fair job! But the lady who did my hands lied about if she could do what I wanted this my nails and this is what I asked for. I had to change my design bec they was going to charge me more, $60 for this 110$ in total!!!

My toe nails were a total mess after being painted at this salon. I had to wait for a very long time for service and once it was completed I was not given the opportunity to be placed under a drier. When I reached my vehicle, I looked at my nails and they were a mess! The paint was a complete wreck on my right foot. They look awful. I don't plan on going back and would never recommend this salon. I should have gone back in and asked to have them redone but I needed to take my granddaughters home.

I’ve gone to to Majesty Nails for the past year. I had an amazing five star experience with nail tech Tina who is kind, and does my nails very well. My appointments were always satisfactory, and I could get the time I was booked.The last two times I’ve gone (Tina is out of town ) ; I’ve had appointments set and they double booked or let walk ins come in ahead of my appointment so I had to wait at least 30 minutes each time. The way I was treated each time was not acceptable customer service in any way. I will not be returning.

I absolutely LOVE how gentle they are with your nails, typically my acrylics last about a month or so and I'm very rough on them ?But they're amazing and I strongly suggest going there, as they are the ONLY place I go to ?

I got a pedicure for my daughter’s wedding. After 5 hours of drying my nails (15 minutes at salon and sat outside in sun while I was making last minute plans) I tried on my shoes to continue to break them in and wore them for about 20 minutes. When I took them off, the nail polish had rubbed off in several places. I was a bit concerned about this because the nail polish was applied thickly and was uneven.I returned the next morning to get them fixed and was told that I shouldn’t wear closed toe shoes for 2 days after the pedicure. I’m not sure how any woman is only supposed to wear flip flops for 2 days??? I have had many pedicures in the past and never had this issue! It was just a bad painting job and even worse customer service when an issue arose. I wouldn’t ever recommend or return to this salon.Service: Pedicure
