Lowe's sold me a dishwasher. They said they would delver and install. When we paid they then said we lived 20 miles too far away to have it installed . The dishwasher never worked. The customer service was absolutely horrible to get it replaced. We recommend to buy your appliances elsewhere.

We reached out to this branch when trying to purchase the snowblower over the phone, and customer service was great handling that transaction. Customer service was quick to take care of us and assisted with loading the snowblower into my jeep. Can't complain on this experience but cannot really do too much of a detailed review other than great customer service overall.

I had a bad experience today... Came in to pick up a snow blower I had seen in store the other day & called to make sure it was still available before I wasted time driving down. Got to the store to see it still there, waited for someone to help me load it onto a cart & wheeled it up the the cashier just to find out it was already sold.Ya'll really need a better system to let people know when items become unavailable... or at least mark it before someone does all the legwork for you bringing it up to the front just to have it taken from them.I get it that "stuff happens"... but this was a Complete Waste of Time & Fuel!!!

Had to visit this Lowe's today as I was trying to remedy a burst pipe with the cold snap. Unfortunately someone was trying to cosplay Killdozer at the Home Depot down the road. While I was able to find the materials I needed, what I didn't find was a single Lowe's employee for assistance in locating anything. The store was in shambles. Doesn't appear anyone had re-stocked or re-fronted anything in days. I also helped a few other shoppers locate items they were looking for. What really irked me was there were no check out lanes open, so self checkout was the only option. I despise self-checkout. I don't work for this company, nor do I receive compensation for performing labor for it. I'm not shopping with you while simultaneously subsiding your overhead. I had multiple products with labels over the UPC's with QR codes that wouldn't scan. After entering the item codes they rang up fine, however ran across a couple items with no barcodes or labels what-so-ever. Finally after inconveniencing someone to a point of disrupting their Tik-Tok'ing an "employee" came over to assist me. Using the word "assist' is a stretch as ultimately I had to walk back to the locations of the barcode-less items, photograph the labels and come back to enter them. At no point did any other person in a Lowe's vest offer to help, or assist in any way. If anything my presence was a burden to them. I'll never shop at Lowe's again, and I'll be expecting a paycheck for the hours spent at the store today, or we can explore a consulting fee via a 1099 at the least.

We ordered toilet and paid Lowe’s to install it. Lowe’s outsource installation to Angi. Angi cancelled installation 3 times last minute without a valid reason. So we decided to cancel the installation service. And when I asked for refund in chat with Lowe’s representative, they didn’t even know the installation booking has been cancelled. We got 0 service from both Lowe’s and Angi. And wasted 12days. A huge lesson learnt.

I thought I would save time and walking by placing an online order, which I did. Next thing I know I get an email stating that my order has been canceled. That's it. No reason. Lowe's left me hanging, wondering what do I do next? Is the item indeed out of stock? The third chat person I chatted with said she would find out for me, but I got tired of waiting for her to come back. So Lowe's online chat gets 1 star. Lowe's online order system gets 1 star. Otherwise Lowe's is fine, so they get an overall score of 3 stars at this point.!!!Update: The order was canceled because my credit card company kept blocking the purchase since I use a VPN for security. Not Lowe's fault.Once I shut off my VPN, the transaction went through flawlessly and the pick up experience was great.

Came in to Customer Service to refund some unused item on a project I recent completed. The item was passed beyond the 90 days from purchase, by one week. We asked for a store credit but she said she couldn’t as it was passed 90 days. We told her Menards would give you a store credit if the refund is over 90 days but she argued with me saying Menards doesn’t do that. So we didn’t get anything for items at Lowe’s that day. On the same project we purchased some items back in October 2022. We had some left over items and went today to get a refund on the other remaining products. Over 10 months past since we purchased the items and we were given a store credit. I will be very selective, and as a last resort, on items purchased at Lowe’s. Menards will refund items, even a year old, as long as the product is still in good condition.

Go somewhere else to shop they treat you poorly especially thier management team. I found thier employees care more about the customers than any manager. I feel like a pawn tothem.

I live 3 hrs away and stopped in to purchase a gallon of paint. Got home and opened it and it apparently had been previously purchased and returned after it had froze. I called Lowe's spoke with manager Ron explaining that I didn't know when I would get back to Lincoln sent him pictures of the frozen paint, long story when the conversation ended he ASSURED me when I brought it back they would stand behind it and refund me. Jump ahead to today, greated by a gal In Customer service who could give a crap what I had to say and before I could get a word out she was either telling me hold on I'll get a manager or worried about the next guy standing there. Enters irogant manager Alex.who again didn't care to here my conversation with manager Ron that my purchase would be refunded the only thing he knew how to say was 90 days 90 days, and told me to contact the paint company, what do they have to do with Lowe's taking back frozen paint and putting it back on their shelves to resell? Lowe's was in the wrong and needed to make it right even if it meant an in-house credit be Alex wasn't even concerned to hear what took place to even understand the situation only to continue to say 90 day return. I get the store policy but Alex your manager Ron made it clear that he would honor my return but your big "store manager" tile clouded your service to the customer logical thinking. I bought the paint at a time it could not have froze on me, and clearly if I am going to drive 3 hrs to return a gallon of paint am I really making this stuff up. Bottom line would a gallon of paint "break Lowe's bank" well todays visit is going to help out Menards and Home Depot. Corporate office is my next phone call.

I went to the garden center to check what plants they still had and if they had a summer sale. No sale but they still had a good selection of nice plants. They always have a great selection of flowers, shrubs, and trees. I enjoy shopping there.
