Madison helped us buy our first Lexus and trade our old car in. It was a pleasant experience. She was very attentive to the details we wanted in a car and found us a perfect match on a 2020 RX-350. Over a month, my wife and I primarily worked with Lexus of Lincoln’s Madison Charlson (Sales Manager). Her knowledge and no pressure manner was the best experience I’ve experienced buying cars since the 70’s. Her GM, Gordon Miller, was also friendly and exceptionally accommodating too.
