Items arrived damaged from online order. Manager was very condicending when I went to the store to return. Couldn't figure out the system, told me it was fine though because he had all day (I did not, I had places to go) and then accused me of being in a bad mood. Pretty much done with Kirklands altogether!

I went in looking for pillows, came out with pillows and a beautiful piece of furniture. The store manager Jeremy, was so helpful he was fantastic so if you’re ever in Lincoln, Nebraska, check them out.

JEREMY is awesome. Whenever my sisters come to town I take them to Kirkland’s. We all love this store and love when Jeremy is working. He is extremely pleasant and it is obvious he is passionate about his job and customer service. He is truly an asset to this store.

Purchased a $600 chair, was held together with staples and fell apart within an hour of purchase. I'm would suggest looking elsewhere for furniture.

After looking online, this appeared to be a very impressive store. However upon arrival it was clear that it is too small to have a large inventory. However if you like pillows, candles, decorations and "Live, Love, Laugh" signs, this could become one of your favorite stores. I came looking for a desk as their website had dozens. Not so in the store. But overall a fun look around.

Really enjoyed my stop here. Had to get a birthday gift for a friend and was amazed at how many things I ended up with when I stood at the cashier! I've never been before but can assure you it won't be the last!
