Doug is only licensed Minn Kota repair location in NE, and Mike's knowledge of boats exceeds anyone this side of anywhere!!! The man has a VAST knowledge of how they work, just by listening can basically tell you why it is not running the way it should, just by sound...then will more or less confirm mechanically if needed!!!

Great customer service. They were willing to order in gel coat for me when no one else was willing to even order it for me. I would definitely recommend them because they went above and beyond to help me fix up my boat.
