Rude employee with no sense of urgency was visibly sick and told me the amount of times they threw up after showing regrets for not even attempting to call out. Some scrap fabric also didn’t have a price and they asked me to go grab another one because they weren’t sure if it was 40 or 50 (it was less than 10) and I’m on crutches, instead of paging the fabric department where there were multiple employees standing around instead of helping with the huge register line. Well stocked store tho

Terribly messy!! Couldn’t find anything I was looking for, nothing was in its place, and not a single employee around to help. I’m really disappointed, I hope that this place can get some better management and hire more help.

Wife needed some things for some sewing projects. We were able to find everything she needed and also some items she said she could use that were on sale. We left happy great day.

I bought a Brother sewing machine a week ago paying with cash. Once I got it home I decided it did not have the features I wanted. There was no one in the store that knew anything about the machines in the store, so I made an uninformed purchase basically. I decided to return the machine after reading the operating manual. I was charged a $25 restocking fee even without taking the machine out of the box. There were no signs posted regarding the subject to a restocking fee for returned machines. The first information about the restocking fee showed up only after paying for the machine and receiving the receipt so there was no advanced warning for a return fee. Also none of the sales signs had any restocking fee mentioned. I also had difficulty getting cash back when I returned it at another store. I was told had I not opened it I would have not had to pay the restocking fee. I guess I should have taped the box back up.

Everytime I walk into this store, I have extreme anxiety. Everything is a mess and so cluttered. Old framing space and classroom is currently being used as storage. Hardly any retail on the shelves. I would think corporate would get involved and motivate staff to have higher standards and make this place a "happy place" like it used to be.

Showed a album frame in stock. Looked for an hour with employees who can't figure out how to find inventory. Waste of time and they still couldn't find it.

All was great, helpful friendly staff, and found what I was looking for. The 4 star rating is because the line for cutting fabric was way too long. They had two people cutting but way more customers so at least a 3rd person needed. Ideally 4 or 5 employees cutting as needed at times.

I came to look for Halloween items as I had a recommendation to come here for them and for clearance items. I found the store was kind of chaotic and messy looking when you first come in and the seasonal sections were sparse! I didn't end up buying anything here.

Went in to find cellaphone wrap. Was kind of limited on time so I asked the salesperson who was at the cashier right away where I would locate it she got on her little radio and was asking then she looks at me and she said go straight down this isle clear to the end I went to the end of that never did find and I looked for other salespeople and didn't see any and she didn't care or seem to care that I even found it cuz as I left I said hey thanks you couldn't find it. No I will help you or get you some help. Thats ok though I went to Michaels and found the item I needed and then the sticks I did look at JoAnn and they were $2.45 a stick and Michaels the same stick was 99cents. I will be taking my business to Michael and using Joann as last resort

Lots of Halloween decor on sale and some fun Halloween fabric! The cotton fabric section seems kind of bare right now though.
