Just left the salon, Lennie, slayed my hair and i’m quite sad that this experience was just ruined by careless management. I understand my hair took past closing, but to force a 20 year old female out a door that isn’t near her car, in the dark, is so messed up. They had this guy standing there who could have been security but wasn’t. HOW a female forces another female out into the dark is BEYOND ME. They really could’ve have spent the 20 minutes they had to wait past closing cleaning their salon, or all their vents that have not been dusted in what I would say 6 months +. Completely disrespectful and I will not be back even though I had another service scheduled already. DO BETTER.

So I attempted to dye my own hair and I really messed it up. I ended up going to the JCPenney Salon. Brynn Drickey was my hairstylist. She was so polite and professional. Brynn really did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her. My hair has never looked so beautiful before. Thank you Brynn.

went over 60 day return just a little but item was unopened and just wanted store credit so they really are not out anything. they refused so will take my business elsewhere, too bad for them since I spent a lot there over years.

Not the place to go if you have Ebony hair or apparently “really curly” hair. JCP should do a better job adding staff that can work with different textures, styles, colors, etc of hair. No one on their current staff could provide the simple service I asked for. At least they called and told me before I wasted my time going there. DisappointingService: Shampoo & conditioning

I ordered 3 items online Feb 3, JCPenny charged my account twice for the same order, which still has not arrived. When I called to inquire, they would not let me cancel the order, and would not reverse the extra charges. They said I had to wait for the order to arrive, then return the items, and that the extra charges to my account were made for their "assurance" and they would be reversed once the order is picked up. Who the hell bills you multiple times for one purchase for their "assurance"? It seems to me there's some finance fraud happening here.

I truly have not had a regular hairstylist in a while, I booked with a stylist yesterday at JCP at gateway and she was patient and kind and gave me the best haircut I've had in a few years! i am so happy with my haircut and ill be scheduling with her everytime ! the other stylists showed every customer superb customer service, it was a great experience

Absolutely the WORST place you can ever go to. Made my hair blotchy, damaged, hair stylist did not take accountability for screwing it up. She did not know what she was doing.
