I needed a cable fixed for my treadmill and Yuriy was able to fix it for me. While not their normal work, they were professional, communicative, fairly priced, and quick. They even did a continuity test on the cable to make sure their work was quality. I would absolutely trust them with my computer and electronics needs in the future.

Staff are overall very knowledgeable and helpful, but their product selection is a bit slim. I would also caution against buying any cables or adapters that aren't branded or have a part number - most all of the cables and adapters I've purchased from them have literally zero branding, part numbers, specifications noted, or anything like that. Good luck finding out what version of DisplayPort a cable is using - which matters, especially when you're dealing with 4K displays and are trying to connect a display with only HDMI out ports and a PC with only DisplayPort video in ports. I've had to return multiple things like that because they didn't work, while associates told me "no one else has had problems". I don't blame employees for that, but carrying no-name cables and not including the version/specifications and charging 3x what you pay if you buy a brand-name cable elsewhere without actually providing any information about it is not the most ethical business practice, especially when they have signs posted everywhere that compatibility is the customer's responsibility. It's hard to gauge whether something is going to be compatible or not without any specifications. I haven't used their support and thus can't comment on that, but for parts that aren't branded, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Bought a Great Value Gaming PC from them first time I went, Refurbed but runs beautifully. If you’re looking for great value in a gaming PC 100% recommended this spot. Best Buy or Walmart will not carry the value of a great PC, especially refurbed that those guys will carry. And they are more than equipped to handle any tech issues.Their knowledge is second to none and all of them friendly. I vouch for each of the guys in there when I say you can’t go wrong talking to them. For any tech issues, they resolved mine about as fast as they could on a busy weekend.

I started out first time at this store to buy a Refurbed $999 Gaming PC, Intel I9, AMD Radeon 6700 GPU, and the guys even threw in 2 extra Terabytes for just an extra $199 if memory serves me correctly. The process was smooth, the reps super knowledgebale and friendly. Ive never had a more insightful experience and conversation then when I was with them. Fast forward a couple months later I am having display issues. after fumbling around a few days trying to understand if it was a plug or an driver. turns out it was neither. there was programs intentionally or not added in that didn't belong. they let me know as such after a $69 pre tax diagnostic , and gave me knowledge on how windows programs bug out the PC more often than not, and it's wise to give it some time, namely Sundays to wait for hot fixes. I super appreciate the heads up and communication of when my device was ready and they got everything set for me!! These guys go well beyond expectations when it comes to getting things done even in a busy time.

My pc wouldn't post to screen but would turn on. 1 of my new ram sticks went out and they even suggested that I RMA the stick for a new one under warranty. Great service.

Called the store to see if they had a AM4 cpu backplate, they did and said $10. Looking around they have a lot of used items above market share value. It's clearly a business that is trying to flip things and stretch the price. I asked how much it was again when going into the store, he said $15. For a tiny piece of used metal! I left the store and ordered a new one online for $5. Best Buy is right across the street, I would recommend business there for everything they offer.

I buy 95% of all my computer components and accessories here because they always have what I need in stock, the staff is very knowledgeable, and everyone is very helpful. Recently purchased the new RTX 4090 there, which is the 4th GPU I purchased from IT computers. Most computer stores, including bestbuy, don't even have this GPU in stock. Even if they did, they probably wouldn't be insightful enough to suggest a new power supply with the 4th gen PCI-E cable! Not to mention, be willing to trade your old machine for in store credit!Special shout out to Byron. He has helped me out many times over the years with my purchases. I'm glad we still have a computer store like this where you can walk in with questions and walk out satisfied with cutting-edge technology to boot.Thank you IT Computers!

Best place and cheapest to get parts or boards or cases locally, like usb to gig ethernet adapters, vid cards, etc. Plus there are people there to answer questions ig you have. Also about cheapest place in town for printer inks and memory cards/sticks.

After the company changed from DIT to IT computers, I was concerned that service might suffer. I've continued to go there for my computer needs ever since and can tell you it has improved, if anything. Only about a block away from Best Buy, but miles away in terms of knowledgeable, personal service.They've always been very patient and helped me get exactly what I needed accomplished for the cheapest price. I highly recommend all the guys I've worked with on the team over there and their manager. Keep up the great work!Slava Ukraini!
