“I’m not going to comment on products or customer service I general. However, long story short, my Apple phone no longer sent/received group texts as previous. I had been to three different Verizon stores for help and referred to certified Apple computer repair store without resolution. I went to the Apple Store in Omaha. The consensus was “it’s a mystery and we can’t fix it”. I went back to the Verizon store in South Point. Initially told I had to call an 800 number and work it out on my own. I had already tried this MULTIPLE times. When one of the other customer service rep overheard the problems I was having IN even getting someone to answer the 800 number she OFFERED to help me. Ashlyn took control and at one point enlisted the help and experience of Darien to try and solve my problem. What I want all to know is there are really GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PATIENT Customer Service employees in this store that spent an hour and a half with me. They never lost patience, always tried everything they and Verizon tech support suggested to solve my problem. It didn’t work but that’s not the point. They were FABULOUS and I thank and appreciate their efforts. VERIZON YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM.”

“ALLO is a true hometown local company. Their services vastly outperform other internet companies, ie: Spectrum and Windstream. They haven't raised their price since signing up 3+ years ago!!! Good luck with other companies who will surprise you with rate hikes. Allo has extremely reliable connections.BLAZING FAST INTERNET! I have 500 Mbp/s and they always over-preform, getting speeds of 550 Mbp/s for both Download and Upload speeds. The other local companies throttle their upload speed to around 1/10 of download speed. This affects online gaming via PC and XBOX and causes lag and buffering. I never suffer from this. I love that I have my own dedicated fiber line for internet and don’t have to share capacity as I would with other companies. I can effortlessly download large files and stream 4K over many devices without worry.About 2 months ago, I had first connection issue in 3+ years. It was very easy to talk to customer service, even at 4 PM on a Saturday afternoon. Within a few hours of my call, their tech came out and resolved the issue. In 3+ years, my internet has been down for less than 8 hours.”

“Had a much more pleasant experience at this Verizon, at least the 2nd time we popped in. Of course on the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there).We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.”

“Not bad for streaming, I signed up, I got the modem, router and cables before I left the store and self installed in 15 minutes. Most services I'd wait for an entire day a week down the road, for a service person who might not show up (yes that has happened to me) with another company.”
