Hy-Vee Pharmacy provides prescriptions, refills, flu shots, vaccine immunizations, and pet medications. The staff is very helpful, kind, and dedicated, treating customers like family. They offer very quick service even during busy times and do not get flustered. The pharmacists always make sure customers understand all instructions on the meds and answer any other questions. They are very knowledgeable and strive to provide good service, even coming to a customer's car when needed. However, prescriptions are frequently not filled or available when promised, sometimes requiring a wait of several days. It can get a bit busy, and it is advised to call ahead to make sure a prescription is there before making the drive. They also have over-the-counter medicine for allergy, cough, flu, and pain, plus toiletries like deodorant, soap, and band-aids.
I really like this pharmacy. Over a long period of time, they have gave me one on one help with questions, issues, concerns, you name it. If you are trying to find a main pharmacy to use, I think this a great choice for you, appreciate them
