I was third car in line @ the drive pharmacy thru. I started a stop watch because of how historically slow they are. I was surprised to get to the window at the 6 minute mark assuming the associate would be back to help me. Unbothered and on my phone I didn’t realize that no one was coming to help me. An associate named Cindy walked to the window and told me it was my fault I hadn’t been helped because I’d didn’t push the button. Mind you I hadn’t said anything to her prior. She could have said what can I get you for you? I have always had a problem with this HyVee pharmacy being slow and understaffed now I have a huge problem with their customer service. Transferring all my scripts. Peace out Cindy.

I have had the best experience with this pharmacy. My medications are delivered free-of-charge. They are polite, warm, happy and attentive to any questions I have. They fax my doctor if needed and everything they do is quick. They are one of the best pharmacy places here in Lincoln.

NEVER go to this pharmacy! I've been trying to refill a prescription for two weeks now, every time I call they have some new excuse and now they're just flat out refusing to refill it. I've never been to a pharmacy that was so awful and uncaring before. STAY AWAY!

Went here two days ago, which was last Friday. First time ever here. The workers in this store seem very friendly. It's a cool store inside because you have all your shopping needs as well as food places to eat and a Caribou coffee shop. We arrived here about 8:30 am. We all got the Caribou coffee, but we bought it at the food counter instead of the actual Coffee shop. If you get at the coffee shop, you can get the fufu drinks there, which cost more. Getting the coffee at the food counter, they have a coffee and cappuccino machine, which is only $2.18 and you get free refills! So the 3 of us got coffee only and stayed here a bit. One of the guys got a huge breakfast sandwich that looked really good! One of my friends left and another came to join us. We waited until 11:00 am as that's when on Fridays only the Asian buffet is "All you care to eat!" The cost was $12.03 for this buffet. They give you big portions and I just ate two full plates, so for $6.00 per plate, it was well worth it. The food was really good and fresh. I had big noodles, thin noodles, beef and broccoli, mushroom chicken, cashew chicken, veggie & chicken egg rolls, and rangoons. We stayed here till about 2:30 pm just eating and talking. The seating area is good sized and we saw all kinds of other people coming and going, doing their own things. Nobody had any issues that we were there such a long time! The lady that worked the food counter and walked around to see if anyone needed anything was really sweet and hospitable. Overall, was a super pleasant first visit here for me! Definitely recommend eating here!!!

I love this pharmacy. Everyone had always gone above and beyond for me in helping any way they can. Jill, Hahn, Monica, Carissa just to name a few. Super helpful and always very nice. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else!

Had a real disappointing experience with ordering groceries for delivery from this Hy-Vee. It was my daughter's birthday and I was home sick. The next day we were having a food day at work. I was worried about how I was going to get the groceries to make my meal that I was planning on taking and I also wanted to get my daughter a bouquet of flowers for her birthday. My wife was at work but didn't have time to run to the store for me.I decided to try Hy-Vee grocery delivery for the first time. I had the order sent to my wife's work so she could bring it home. I had to pay $20 for speedy delivery because of the short notice. My order was to be delivered at 3 o'clock. Everything seemed to be fine and the groceries arrived. When my wife got home, I unloaded everything only to find that over half of my order was missing! They brought all of the cold stuff but none of the warm stuff. My daughter didn't get her flowers and I didn't have over half the ingredients for my dish. I'm also now stuck with a bunch of cold groceries that are probably going to go to waste because their only purpose was for the potluck.Took half an hour on hold to get a hold of anybody at Hy-Vee. When I finally did she went and checked and said there was a whole tote of stuff for me tag for delivery at three. It was now 730 at night. Nobody from the grocery delivery service noticed a whole tote of groceries sitting there for 4 1/2 hours past its delivery time. No one called or tried to send out the order with a second driver. They offered me a refund for the groceries we didn't get and I asked if they could refund the delivery fee too because I had paid extra for speedy delivery and they had leftover half the order making the whole thing useless. They agreed but so far I have only been reimbursed for the groceries I didn't receive. No idea if they're going to come through on the delivery. It was a giant mess, and I am very disappointed.UPDATE: the store manager reached out and had a nice conversation about what happened and made a really good effort to apologize and make things right. He was able to secure the refund for what I did not receive and also for the deliver fee (that was what I was nervous about). I appreciated his efforts and his willingness to reach out so even though the initial experience was all bad, mistakes happen and he made the absolute best he could out of it so I am bumping up the review based on that customer service.

I've used every pharmacy in Lincoln over the past five years and had nothing but problems with every one of them until I started coming to high vee. They always get it right, they always get it on time and almost all of the staff are courteous and friendly. I have run into a few staff members that seemed to be very put out by doing their job. I understand that has to be a very difficult job. The people that have been rude to me or unprofessional don't seem to stick around very long

The pharmacist named Jill isn't very polite at all. Even my doctors office has had multiple issues when dealing with her. Pharmacist Han is so nice and helpful always when we fill our scripts! She's why I stay there. ?

This is an outstanding pharmacy; each person I have worked with has been very competent, and business hums right along. They are busy, and I think it's a sign that they do a lot of things right here.I do try to give them as much notice as I can, knowing how the daily grocery store tidal wave hits around 4:00.It's so convenient to combine RX pickup with a trip to the grocery store; I prefer to keep the money in the Midwest by doing business here, too.
