Their coolers are waaaay too cold, all of the sushi is frozen or frosted, all of the sandwiches have ice crystals. Check your temps people.

Generally good, but **the staff is not trained on bagging.** Check your bags, or you're bound to have your bread and fruit crushed under boxes and cans.
Can't tell you how many times I have to rebag my fruits and bread or have come home to find a loaf completely crushed under yogurt or cereal boxes.

Always very organized. Staff is super friendly and helpful! I dont think I can get through the store without at least 3 people asking me if in finding everything okay. If you have a lot of groceries they do drive up and will load them up for you, which is great on rainy days or when wrangling little ones!
Edit update: While the store is lovely, the mealtime food is not. Ordered 2 pc chicken dinner, 2 entree Chinese meal and a whalburger dinner salad. No dressing for salad. Ordered dark meat for chicken- received breast and leg that was so dried out and hard it was inedible. The meat on the inside of the leg was literally hard as a rock. Chinese food we ordered sweet and sour chicken- we received plain unsauced chicken nuggets. No sauce on side, no veggies, just hard as a rock little chicken nuggets the size of maybe a corn nugget. Extremely disappointed we spent our money on this.I guess it should be called DRY mealtime food. Because there wasn't anything fresh about it, and no sauce or dressing for any of it.
