You should send a representative to Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet in Grand Island. I have taken the truck to husker auto twice and you have spent two full days 400 miles round-trip and you could not find the problem. Tom Dinsdale found the problem before noon. Plus, they change the oil and filter, replace the air filter, topped off the diesel Switch exhaust fluid, and rotated the tires. All at no charge. You did absolutely nothing except recharge the air conditioner. I’m very disappointed in your service since I bought the 2024 truck from you. I’m so glad I didn’t purchase the extended warranty.

Husker WRECKED my Brand New truck and acted like its No Big Deal!!! Plus 54 Days to fix warranty repair.
Brand New GMC Canyon AT4X (Purchased from another dealership) did not even make it home before having mechanical issue. Had to wait 10 days to get vehicle in for service. Vehicle had to be towed to Husker for warranty repair. Day 1 at dealership they wrecked another vehicle into the front end of my brand new truck. Between waiting on parts for the warranty repair and body parts for the collision center to fix dealership damage they had my vehicle for a month. Collision repair has noticeable paint imperfections and driver’s side door edge has chipped paint. Needed vehicle so I took possession anyway and couldn’t even make it home without same mechanical issue I brought it in for originally. 2nd TOW back to the dealership. Notified them of the 2 paint issues and they said they would get that fixed. Another 2 weeks and they finally fixed mechanical issue but didn’t bother to fix the paint.
What did they do to make right all the inconvenience and damage to my vehicle? NOT A THING. Not even an offer for a free oil change. Acted like they did ME a favor by repairing the damage THEY caused and that since they repaired vehicle it would not show up on a CARFAX so no loss in value. Does Husker want me to LIE in the future when I go to sell vehicle when they ask if it has ever been in an accident? Guess so. Too bad anyone doing a thorough visual inspection will notice the paint and know that is a lie.

Jessi was totally amazing at Husker Auto Group. He was personable, knew what he was talking about, and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I asked questions about the new pickup I ended up buying. The payment part was kind of shocking....I brought my bank card to put the down payment, but they didn't take it. They still let me take the pickup with me, I brought a check the next morning for the down payment. But they let me take the pickup with no down payment!!! I am impressed with the way I was treated. Thank you!!!!

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with car buying before, but that all changed this past weekend. Royce and Lorenz were nothing short of stellar when it came to my new car purchase. I never felt pressured and they were more than patient to answer my many questions. They showed nothing but courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. A lot of dealerships could learn a thing or two from these guys. Thank you again, Royce and Lorenz, I'm in love with my new Subaru Outback!
