Took my brothers taxes over and they said we could fill out a packet and leave his stuff and they would do his taxes and they would call when they are done and we could come back .Well no one has called him back and said his taxes are done or called with any questions so we have to call them and find out what’s going on.So we are hoping that they say it’s done so we don’t have to file a extension cause today is the day taxes are due IDon’t think we will be usingThe 56th street location in Lincoln Nebraska ever againAnd no we don’t want to call a long distance number to talk to someone else to fix the problem.Just train your people betterSo there won’t be so many problems

I tried Turbo Tax. Wanted to make changes, Turbo tax would not let me. I went to H&R Block. They saved me more than $1700 that Turbo tax would credit me $0. Never have Turbo Tax do your State Report. Thank you H&R Block.
