Tremendous customer service! Had scheduled my 2nd free oil change after buying a certified pre-owned vehicle that had to be used in 12 months. I was over 5 days over the 12 months window but Chad in the finances department made it right. Very appreciative!

I was recently on the hunt for a pre-owned vehicle for my high schooler. It's never an easy or enjoyable task. I could not believe how well my experience at Honda of Lincoln went, specifically working with Russ Meyer. We never felt pressured, or rushed through the process. We were well informed the entire time and genuinely enjoyed being there. Even though we did not walk away with a vehicle from this dealership, I was still compelled to write this review, which should say a lot. They went above and beyond to find what we were looking for, and were completely honest the entire time. In the future, I will absolutely be starting my car buying process with Russ at Honda of Lincoln hands down. 100 times better than any other experience I've had in my life.

We purchased a new Honda Odyssey, and we had nothing short of the best service experience. Russ Meyer and his team are fantastic and very easy to work with. No pressure and Russ asked very good questions to help us in our decision process.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase of my new Honda CRV! Trey was wonderful from beginning to end. Ordering my vehicle with exactly the options I wanted to add! He communicated well with me throughout the process and was more than willing to answer my questions - there were many! He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and PATIENT! When I picked up my vehicle he explained, showed me everything, and set things up! Give him an A+ and a big THANK YOU!

Anthony Johnson was very helpful in making sure the car we were buying was completely inspected and detailed before we picked it up. He also went over functions of the car thoroughly before we left. Chad Jorgensen, business manager, wasn’t too pushy with the extended warranty, and explained coverage well.
