I thought I was missing parts, Menards ordered me a new tank to take parts out of. That one didn't have the same parts. They realized that the missing parts were in the tank (which I never thought of looking in). Phil took the time to make sure all pieces were there. Such a great experience today.”

“Matt at Yankee Hill store (soon to be in York) is awesome! I had an issue ordering 1 40lb bag of bird seed with all of my earned rewards, it drug on for over 3 days! No one (at the call center) could seem to (or want to) get this taken care of! I called my local store on Yankee Hill, Matt and Rhonda came to my rescue.!!! Rhonda called the call center to have them call me to get my order, my order was delivered to the clubhouse instead of my villa. I am disabled, so I called the store. Matt said he would try to get it to me. I looked out my window 15 minutes later, and he was pulling up in my driveway!!!! The York store is very lucky! The customer care Matt displayed today is unheard of anymore, I just can't say enough to express how thankful I am. Matt is a great guy and his customers will love him! Thank you so much Matt and Rhonda!”

“Great place unfortunately didn't have a really variety of portable generators just 2 to choose from. But the place is always spotless and very few of no negative attributes from employees which is great for everyone. Can't beat their milwaukee tools”
